The central street of St.Petersburg, the Nevsky Prospekt and the old famous shopping centre Gostiny Dvor are 10 min. away on foot.
The street itself, pereulok Dzambula, where the apartment is located, is a side street to the Fontanka-river. It ends with the Lestukov-bridge and the big playhouse of St.Petersburg on the other side of the river,
both also about 2 minutes away on foot. Some other places of interest, such as the Alexandrinsky theatre, a state park with the monument to Catherina the Great as well as the
Philharmonic hall, the smaller opera and ballet house, the Jazz Philarmonic Hall and
the State Russian Museum are 10-15 minutes away on foot.
The apartment is located in the second floor.
It has 55 sqm.
The apartment was renovated in 2004 and consists of a
living room,
a bedroom,
a modern kitchen ,
a bathroom with a bathtub, wash basin, washing machine, iron, and a separate toilet with asmall wash basin.

and independent hotwater in summertime!

Environment
From the window you can see a kindergarden with
a nice yard. Close to the house (about 100 m)
there is a small supermarket and a grocery open 24 hours a day.
On the corner you will find a big pastry shop with a cafe and
the famous restaurant Troika with the attached cafe for lunch with favourable prices (Russian cuisine).
The prices cover heating, water, local telephone calls, etc., there are no additional or hidden costs.
You are expected to pay a deposit of EURO 150,00
which will be returned to you before you leave in case everthing is well.
